I am privileged to work as a personal trainer, helping clients to reach (and usually exceed) their goals. I've been in the fitness industry for over ten years and take an educated but no nonsense approach to health and fitness.
I work with clients to create tailored training programmes. We talk about goals, aims aspirations and look at lifestyle, nutrition and other factors. Your goal may be to loose weight, tone up or you may be recovering from an incident or injury and want to recover quickly and safely. We will create a programme that is right for you.
I enjoy seeing clients progress over time and see changes in lifestyle, attitudes and of course health and fitness levels.
It's important for me to keep abreast of the latest industry development and I study with industry leaders, regularly attending training, seminars and studying. In 2012 I graduated with a Masters in Sports Science from the University of Lincoln.
I am serious about working with you to achieve results - but we have a good time while we're doing it!
