Modified Strongman Training
Modified Strongman Training is an outdoor group fitness class in Lincoln. It is suitable for all ages and abilities and there is usually a mix of men and women at the class - who have a great time!
Modified Strongman will take your fitness and sports performance to new levels. A range of exercises such as sled drags, kettle bells, sandbag carries and tire flips are a great way to burn fat and increase strength – noticeably improving your overall fitness levels.
