
Reducing fat and increasing energy levels using the Bio Signature technique
One fat loss method we use at Custom Fitness in personal training is known as 'Bio Signature'.
We can scientifically identify how to best shift stubborn fat or why you feel a lack of energy at a certain time of the day.
How do we do it?
We measure your body fat and look at your lifestyle and diet to identify any potential hormonal imbalances – where you store body fat is an indication of your hormonal profile.
We will then create you a plan based on your unique biological signature. This plan will effectively manage your body fat levels and any hormone in-balance through a combination of diet, exercise and a targeted supplementation programme.
You will see faster results and feel healthier, happier and more energetic too!
An often seen example of this technique working is the midsection – a relatively fat midsection indicates that either stress levels are high or the person's ability to handle stress is low.
The good news is that through the creation of a Bio Signature training plan we can address this – it's not your fault and it can be changed!
